NOTICE AND INVITATION TO SUBMIT AN EXPRESSION OF INTEREST

The South African National Roads Agency Limited (SANRAL) hereby invites respondents), with the relevant, qualifications, skills, and experience, to show an expression of interest to be considered suitable for the SANRAL RESEARCH PANEL. Respondents are advised to study the Call for Expressions document carefully and to seek early clarification, if required.

Only those respondents who are registered on CSD and meet the mandatory requirements stated in clause 4.1. of the Submission Data are eligible to submit.

Respondents are required to submit their proposal in the format required, in a sealed envelope, bearing the name of the respondent, the description and references. No late submissions will be accepted.

EXPRESSION OF INTEREST CLARIFICATION

Please note that no clarification meeting is scheduled but all Respondents must submit, via email as provided below, the duly completed Form J Certificate of Intention to Submit an Expression of Interest within seven (7) days from the Call for Expression of Interest advertisement date. Failure to submit the certificate would result in the Respondent not receiving addenda or additional information issued by SANRAL.

Failure to submit the certificate of intention to submit expression of interest within the required period may render the Respondent’s submission non-responsive and SANRAL does not accept responsibility for any communication not received by the Respondent.

COMPLETION AND DELIVERY OF SUBMISSIONS

The closing time for receipt of expression of interest submissions is 11h00 on 6 October 2022. The physical address where the tender documents should be delivered is 38 Ida Street, Menlo Park, Pretoria (GPS dms (WGS84) 25˚ 46̍ 39.9 ̎S and 28˚ 16̍ 29.4̎E) CLARIFICATION QUESTIONS Any clarification questions/enquiries must be submitted in writing (e-mail) to ProcurementHO1@sanral.co.za on or before 15 September 2022. Any question received after the said date and time will not be considered or answered by SANRAL. All answers to questions and/or clarifications will be provided to all Respondents by SANRAL not later than 16:00 on 23 September.2022
