SOUTH AFRICAN NATIONAL ROADS AGENCY SOC LIMITED SANRAL C.004-024-2017/1 VENTERSBURG WINBURG TRUCKSTOP OPERATIONS T1.1            TENDER NOTICE AND INVITATION TO TENDER (Incorporating SBD1) The South African National Roads Agency SOC Limited (SANRAL) invites tenders for Ventersburg Winburg Truckstop Operations. This project is in the province of Free State and in the Lejweleputswa District Municipality. The approximate duration is thirty-nine (39) months, including three (3) Months for the Mobilisation Period. Only Tenderers who satisfy the detailed eligibility criteria contained under Clause 4.1.1 of the Tender Data are permitted to submit tenders.  A summary of the eligibility criteria for the tendering entity includes having: Only tenders with a B-BBEE contributor status level of 1, 2, 3 or 4, are eligible to tender. Only tenderers who comply with the eligibility criteria in clause 4.1.1 including CSD and BEE are eligible to tender. It is a requirement of this project that the successful tenderer subcontract a minimum of   of the work to Targeted Enterprise(s) as defined in the Contract Data. Preferences are offered to tenderers who comply with the criteria stated in the Tender Data. TENDER DOCUMENTS Tender documents are available at no cost in electronic format downloaded from the SANRAL’s website by the following link https://www.nra.co.za/service-provider-zone/tenders/open-tenders/ from 19 October 2021.  Tenderers must have access to MS Office ©2013 and Acrobat Adobe ©9.0, or similar compatible software. Tenderers must submit, via email to InamaJ@nra.co.za , the duly completed Form A1.1 Certificate of Intention to Submit a Tender prior to 26 October 2021. (within seven (7) days from the tender advertisement date).  Failure to submit this certificate would result in the tenderer not receiving addenda or additional issued information and may result in the tenderer being non-responsive. TENDERER’S CLARIFICATION A tenderer’s clarification briefing presentation is available to be downloaded from the SANRAL website by the following link https://www.nra.co.za/service-provider-zone/tenders/open-tenders/ COMPLETION AND DELIVERY OF TENDERS The closing time for receipt of tenders is 11h00 on 14 January 2022. Only tender offers submitted electronically on USB and Paper Copy  and delivered to the address specified in the Tender Data will be accepted. Requirements for sealing, addressing, delivery, opening and assessment of tenders are stated in the Tender Data.
