T1.1 TENDER NOTICE AND INVITATION TO TENDER

Invitation

Tenders are hereby invited from Survey Organisations:

a) Of whom one Director/Partner is suitably registered in terms of The Geomatics Profession Act no. 19 of 2013, (Refer to TMH11 Draft Version 3, Clause 1.18, for registration requirements),

b) That are registered on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD),

c) Who has a minimum B-BBEE level of 4, and

A tenderer that fails to meet any of the criteria stipulated above shall be disqualified.

Location of the project

The location of the survey is on the R62 Section 6 and 7 in the Koukamma Local Municipality. The project is located in the Eastern Cape. Approximate programme of the project

The survey will be completed by 10 March 2023.

Tender meeting

No compulsory tenderer's clarification meeting will be held.

Completion and delivery of tender

The closing time for receipt of tenders is 11:00am on 03 February 2023 at the Offices SANRAL Southern Region.

Telegraphic, telephonic, telex, e-mail, facsimile and late tenders will not be accepted.

Tenders may only be submitted on the tender documentation that is issued.
