T1.1 TENDER NOTICE AND INVITATION TO TENDER (INCORPORATING SBD1) Invitation Tenders are hereby invited from Survey Organisations: a) Who qualifies as a company to practice as and perform the work of a Geomatics Professional in terms of section 17(1) of The Geomatics Profession Act, Act No. 19 of 2013, (Refer to TMH11 Version 3, Clause 1.18, for registration requirements), b) That are registered on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD), c) Who qualifies as an EME or QSE, d) Unless stated otherwise in the tender data, each tenderer and the Employer undertake to accept thejurisdiction of the law courts of the Republic of South Africa. A tenderer that fails to meet any of the criteria stipulated above shall be disqualified. Location of the project The location of the survey is in the Eastern Cape province, of N6 section 1 from Nahoon Km 0.0 To Ducats Km 5.6 (Approximately 411 Ha). Approximate programme of the project The survey will be completed by 09 October 2023. Tender documents The physical address for collection of tender documents (electronic copy - CD) is: PropSol JV GeoAfrika House 2 Pieter Street Highveld Techno Park Centurion 0157 Where the document may be collected from 10h00 on the 31st of July 2023 and thereafter during the hours 08h00 to 16h00 (Monday to Friday). Tender meeting No compulsory tenderer's clarification meeting will be held. Completion and delivery of tender The closing time for receipt of tenders is 12h00 on Monday the 21st of August 2023 at the Offices of PropSol JV GeoAfrika House 2 Pieter Street Highveld Techno Park Centurion 0157 Telegraphic, telephonic, telex, e-mail, facsimile and late tenders will not be accepted. Tenders may only be submitted on the tender documentation that is issued. Tenders shall be bound without any loose pages. The whole tender document shall be submitted together with the returnables: * VOLUME 2: PART 2 Returnable Schedules * VOLUME 3: PART C1: C1.1.1 Form of Offer and form C1.2.3 Contract Data * VOLUME 3: PART C2: Pricing Data Requirements for completing, sealing, addressing, delivery, opening and assessment of tenders are stated in the Tender Data. (Refer to VOLUME 1, T1.3).
