T1.1 TENDER NOTICE AND INVITATION TO TENDER (Incorporating SBD1) The South African National Roads Agency SOC Ltd Southern Region 20 Shoreward Drive Baywest Port Elizabeth 6025 Bosch Projects / MPAMOT AFRICA JOINT VENTURE invites tenders on behalf of the Applicant, the South African National Roads Agency SOC limited, for the Subservice of managing the environmental process and monitoring environmental compliance during construction for the Upgrade of National Route N2 between Grahamstown and Fish River Pass. Phase 3: Section 13, km 92.6 to km 103.6, and section 14, km 0.0 to km 5.05, which also includes approximately 8km of the upgrade of community access roads. This project is in the province of the Eastern Cape and in the district municipality of Sarah Baartman and Amatole. The approximate programme for design is to be completed by 1 September followed by construction monitoring of 24 months, commencing on 1 September 2023. Only tenderers who are registered on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database as stated in the Tender Data, Clause 4.1.1 are eligible to tender. Tenderers must have access to Microsoft © Office 2013 and Acrobat Adobe © 9.0 or similar compatible software. Tenderers must submit, via email to gouwsk@boschprojects.co.za , the duly completed Form A1.1 Certificate of Intention to Submit a Tender within seven (7) days from the tender advertisement date (14 September 2023). Failure to submit this certificate would result in the tenderer not receiving addenda or additional issued information and may result in the tenderer being non-responsive. T-2 TENDERER9S MEETING No tenderers9 clarification meeting will be held. Queries may be emailed to gouwsk@boschprojects.co.za. COMPLETION AND DELIVERY OF TENDERS The closing time for receipt of tenders is 11:00 on Friday 22 September 2023 Telegraphic, telephonic, telex, e-mail, facsimile and late tenders will not be accepted.
