 V3 Consulting Engineers (Pty) Ltd invites tenders on behalf of the Applicant, the South African National Roads Agency SOC limited, for the Subservice of managing the environmental process and monitoring environmental compliance during construction for CAPACITY IMPROVEMENTS ON NATIONAL ROUTE 3 SECTION 1 FROM WESTVILLE VIADUCT (KM 11.80) TO PARADISE VALLEY INTERCHANGE (KM 17.54). This project is in the province of Kwa-Zulu Natal and in the metropolitan municipality of eThekwini. The approximate programme for design was completed in November 2021, followed by construction monitoring of 51 months, with mobilization period commencing in July 2023 and completion in September 2027.

 Tender documents are available at no cost in electronic format from the SANRAL website using the following link https://www.nra.co.za/service-provider-zone/tenders/open-tenders/.  Tenderers must have access to Microsoft © Office 2013 and Acrobat Adobe © 9.0 or similar compatible software.

Tenderers must submit, via email, the duly completed Form A1.1 Certificate of Intention to Submit a Tender within seven (7) days from the tender advertisement date 22 August 2023.  Failure to submit this certificate would result in the tenderer not receiving addenda or additional issued information and may result in the tenderer being non-responsive. The form must be submitted to V3 Consulting Engineers (Pty) Ltd on the enclosed contact details for queries.

 COMPLETION AND DELIVERY OF TENDERS

The closing time for receipt of tenders is 11:00 on Friday, 15 September 2023.
