SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF DIESEL FOR GENERATOR AT SR FACILITIES ON AN ADHOC BASIS FOR A PERIOD OF 12 MONTHS

The South African National Roads Agency SOC Limited (SANRAL) request quotations from

Suppliers that are listed and registered on the National Treasury’s Central Supplier Database,

for supply and delivery of diesel for generator at SR facilities on an adhoc basis for a period of

12 months, Southern Region In Port Elizabeth.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

• The tenderer must be registered on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database

Evaluation Process:

Evaluate compliance with eligibility and pre-qualification criteria

Evaluate compliance with the Specification as per Form B

• The supplier is requested to submit quotation with content that meet the specification on Form B.

• SANRAL will select the preferred option based on the cost effectiveness, ability to render as per the specification.

• Failure to meet the specification will result in the service provider being non-responsive.

Evaluate price and preference

The 80/20 principle will be used on the preferred option to evaluate this quotation for service

providers who meet the eligibility, pre-qualification criteria and who are compliant with the

specification as per form Please include copies of the required documentation as per the forms,

including the signed form of offer.

The closing time for receipt of Quotations is 11:00 on 23 June 2023
