Tender Notice: | TENDER NOTICE AND INVITATION TO TENDERCONTRACT NO. 58700/1004/2021/01: PANEL OF EXTERNAL SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT SUPPORT SERVICE FOR A 36 MONTHS TERM AGREEMENT IN SANRAL The South African National Roads Agency SOC Limited (SANRAL) is soliciting proposals from Service Provider/s that will offer support services to the Supply Chain Department. The support team to include Supply Chain Management (SCM) experts with experience in procurement and supply chain within State Owned Entity or Government Department to be utilised on an ad-hoc basis for a period of three years. Only those tenderers who are B-BBEE compliant in terms of the B-BBEE Generic Codes of Good Practice and are at least Level 1, 2, 3 or 4; are registered on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD) at the tender closing date and have participated in at least a minimum of one (1) provision of SCM support services in a public sector i.e. a government department/s, public entity as detailed in clause 4.1.1 are eligible to tender. It is SANRAL’s intent to establish a panel of service providers as a result of this Request for Tender (RFT). TENDER DOCUMENTS Tender documents are available at no cost in electronic from SANRAL website https://www.nra.co.za/service-provider-zone/tenders/open-tenders/ . Tenderers must have access to Microsoft © Office 2013 and Acrobat Adobe © 9.0 or similar compatible software. Tenderers must submit, via email, the duly completed Form B-1.1 Certificate of Intention to Submit a Tender within seven (7) days from the tender advertisement date. Failure to submit this certificate would result in the tenderer not receiving addenda or additional issued information and may result in the tenderer being non-responsive. TENDERER’S CLARIFICATION There is no tender clarification meeting and a tenderer’s clarification presentation is available from the SANRAL website https://www.nra.co.za/service-provider-zone/tenders/open-tenders/ . COMPLETION AND DELIVERY OF TENDERS The closing time for receipt of tenders is 11h00 on 01 September 2021(Extended to 23 September 2021) The physical address where the tender documents should be delivered is 38 Ida Street, Menlo Park, Pretoria (GPS dms (WGS84) 25˚ 46̍ 39.9 ̎ S and 28˚ 16̍ 29.4̎ E) Telegraphic, telephonic, telex, email, facsimile and late tenders will NOT be accepted. Tenders may only be submitted in the format as stated in the Tender Data. Requirements for sealing, addressing, delivery, opening and assessment of tenders are stated in the Tender Data.
