Tender Notice: | T1.1 TENDER NOTICE AND INVITATION TO TENDER (Incorporating SBD1) CLOSING DATE (AT 11:00): 28 August 2020 The South African National Roads Agency SOC Limited (SANRAL) invites tenders for the provision of CONSULTING ENGINEERING SERVICES (SUPERVISION) FOR THE PERIODIC MAINTENANCE ON NATIONAL ROUTE 14 SECTION 2 FROM POFADDER (KM 0.00) TO SECTION 3 AT KEIMOES (KM 41.2). This project is in the province of Northern Cape and in the district municipalities of Namakwa and ZF Mgcawu and the approximate programme is for supervision of 6 months, commencing February 2021. Preferences are offered to tenderers who comply with the criteria stated in the Tender Data. Only tenderers with a B-BBEE contributor status level of 1 or 2 and who is an EME are eligible to tender. There is no sub-contracting to Targeted Enterprises requirements for this project. Joint Ventures (JV) will be allowed on condition that one JV partner is a Targeted Enterprise. Tenderers must have access to Microsoft © Office 2013 and Acrobat Adobe © 9.0 or similar compatible software. Tenderers must submit, via email, the duly completed Form A1.1 Certificate of Intention to Submit a Tender within seven (7) days from the tender advertisement date. Failure to submit this certificate would result in the tenderer not receiving addenda or additional issued information and may result in the tender being non-responsive.
