Tender Notice: | TENDER NO: N001-018-E-P-12104: Lease of Portion 2 of the Farm Erfdeel No 84 and Portion 2 of the Farm Witklip No 8 Administrative District Parys. The MAJV has been appointed by the South African National Roads Agency SOC Ltd (SANRAL) to provide a comprehensive property service. Interested parties are hereby invited to submit offers to lease the following properties: Property Description: Portion 2 of the Farm Erfdeel No 84 Administrative District Parys and portion 2 of the Farm Witklip No 8 Administrative District Parys Extent: The combined extent of the properties is 67, 7802 Ha. Zoning: The properties are zoned “Agricultural”. Improvements: The properties consist of vacant undeveloped agricultural land. Services: The properties have no water or electricity supply. Highest and best use: The said portions are used for crop farming purposes. The grazing is mainly pure Grassveld, typical to the area. The grazing capacity is 6 ha per LSU. Lease Period: Three (3) years Escalation rate: 8% per annum. Reserve Rental: The reserve rental is R 2933.00 per month (R35 196.00 per annum) (excluding VAT). Offers below the reserve rental will not be considered. The properties are located on the eastern side of the N1 and directly south of the Kroonvaal ENGEN one stop service station. The properties abut the N1 highway however there is no direct access from the highway. Access to the properties are from the R723 unpaved road or the adjoining SANRAL owned property forming part of the Kroonvaal ENGEN 1 Stop GPS Coordinates: S -27.03070 E27.55977. Current Policies and Legislation that govern Procurement will apply. A pre-tender site inspection of the property to clarify boundary lines will take place on Tuesday 25 October 2016 at 10:00.
