Tender Notice: | INVITATION TO TENDER The MAJV has been appointed by the South African National Roads Agency SOC Ltd (SANRAL) to provide a comprehensive property service. Interested parties are hereby invited to submit offers to lease the following property: Erf 709 Wilderness, Administrative District of George, Province of the Western Cape. The physical address is 709 Lake Road Wilderness. The property is 2418 square meters in extent and improved with a double storey dwelling of 235 square meters which consists of a lounge, dining room, family room, kitchen, four bedrooms, two bathrooms and double garage. The reserve rental is R 3 500.00 (Three thousand five hundred rand) (excluding VAT) per month. Only offers above the reserve rental will be considered. The MAJV and SANRAL do not bind itself to accept the highest or any tender. No correspondence will be entered into in this regard. TENDER DOCUMENTS Tender documents will be available from Rosie Jacobs at the office of the MAJV at 15 Acacia Avenue, Westville, 3629 from 4 August 2017 Monday to Friday 08:00 to 16:30. Neither SANRAL nor the MAJV shall be responsible for any errata occurring in any documentation that is downloaded off a website other than www.sanral.co.za TENDERERS MEETING An onsite inspection of the property will take place on site from 11h00 am to 11h30 am on 08 August 2017. Current Policies and Legislation that govern Procurement will apply. SUBMISSION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS Tenders, completed as described shall be submitted in a sealed envelope marked: Reference: N002-007-W-P-12378: Lease of Erf 709 Wilderness, Administrative District of George, Province of the Western Cape.
