Tender Notice: | CLOSING DATE (AT 14:00): FRIDAY, 3 NOVEMBER 2016 MAJV on behalf of SANRAL invite interested parties to submit offers to purchase of an un-improved property: Portion 2 of the Farm No 1497, Administrative District Paarl, Province of the Western Cape. The MAJV has been appointed by the South African National Roads Agency SOC Ltd (SANRAL) to provide a comprehensive property service. The property is located along the R101, east of Paarl, towards Du Toits Kloof Pass. Extent: 12.8964 hectares. Present Zoning: The property is zoned “Agriculture”. The reserve price is R 1 139 600.00 (One million one hundred and thirty nine thousand six hundred rand). Only offers above the reserve price will be considered. Only offers above the reserve price will be considered. Current Policies and Legislation that govern Procurement will apply. TENDER DOCUMENTS The physical address for collection of tender documents will be the offices of MAJV at 15 Acacia Avenue, Westville, 3629 where documents may be collected during the hours 08h00 to 16h00 (Monday to Friday) from the 10 October 2016 TENDERER’S MEETING No tenderers meeting will be held. SUBMISSION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS Tenders must be submitted by not later than 14h00 on 3 November 2016 to the offices of MAJV, 15 Acacia Avenue, and Westville. 3629. Tenders must be submitted in accordance with the Invitation to Tender and the tender rules. Tenders, completed as described shall be submitted in a sealed envelope marked: “Reference: N001-01-W-P1382: Purchase of Portion 20 (a portion of Portion 5) of the Farm No 770, Administrative District Paarl, Province of the Western Cape.” The MAJV and SANRAL do not bind itself to accept the highest or any tender. No correspondence will be entered into in this regard. Neither SANRAL nor the MAJV shall be responsible for any errata occurring in any documentation that is downloaded off a website other than www.sanral.co.za.
