Tender Notice: | INVITATION TO TENDER LEASE OF VACANT LAND THE SOUTH AFRICAN NATIONAL ROADS AGENCY SOC LIMITED (SANRAL) REPRESENTED BY THE MAJV The MAJV has been appointed by the South African National Roads Agency SOC Ltd (SANRAL) to provide a comprehensive property service. Interested parties are hereby invited to submit offers to lease the following properties: 1. TENDER NO: N004-002-N-P-12255 : Lease of Portion 303 (portion of Portion 27) of the Farm Mooiplaats No 367 - JR Extent: The extent of the property is 9, 0473 Ha. Zoning: “Agricultural”. Improvements: The property has some dilapidated structures which were excluded when valuing the property. Services: The property has no services. Lease Term: Three (3) years. Reserve Rental: R11 217.00 per month (excluding VAT). Offers below the reserve rental will not be considered. 2. TENDER NO: N004-002-N-P-12256 : Lease of Portion 305 (portion of Portion 241) of the Farm Mooiplaats No 367 - JR Extent: The extent of the property is 3, 4502 Ha Zoning: “Agricultural”. Improvements: The property consists of vacant unimproved agricultural land. Services: The property has no services. Lease Term: Three (3) years. Reserve Rental: R4625.00 per month (excluding VAT). Offers below the reserve rental will not be considered. The properties are situated approximately 25 km east of the Pretoria CBD in an area known as Donkerhoek. Travelling on the N4 highway take exit 18 (Boschkop/Donkerhoek) off-ramp and turn right onto the R964 and continue over the N4 and take the first dirt road on the right and proceed for approximately 1000 meters to where the properties are located. The properties are accessed from the dirt road GPS Coordinates S-25.773299 E28.421152.
