Tender Notice: | INVITATION TO TENDER LEASE OF LAND THE SOUTH AFRICAN NATIONAL ROADS AGENCY SOC LIMITED REPRESENTED BY THE MAJV TENDER NO: N004-010-N-P-13326: Lease of the Remainder of Portion 112 (ptn of Ptn 46) of the Farm Hartebeestfontein No 45 – JQ. The MAJV has been appointed by the South African National Roads Agency SOC Ltd (SANRAL) to provide a comprehensive property service. Interested parties are hereby invited to submit offers to lease the following property: Property Description: The Remainder of Portion 112 (ptn of Ptn 46) of the Farm Hartebeestfontein No 45 - JQ Extent: The extent of the property is 12, 7482 Ha. Zoning: The property is zoned “Agricultural”. Improvements: The properties consist of vacant agricultural farm land with no improvements. Services: The property has no services such as water and electricity. Reserve Rental: The reserve rental is R 1 900.00 per month (excluding VAT). Offers below the reserve rental will not be considered. Lease Period: Three (3) years Escalation rate: 5% per annum. The property is located approximately 8km south-east of Brits and 30km North West of Pretoria. Although the property is located adjacent to the N4 Freeway, no direct access is possible from the N4.When travelling on the N4 towards Brits take exit 245 (R511 Brits/ Sandton) off ramp and turn left onto the R511 and continue for approximately 620 meters and turn left onto a dirt road which leads to the property GPS Coordinates: S -25.667171 E27.857537.
