Tender Notice: | The MAJV has been appointed by the South African National Roads Agency SOC Ltd (SANRAL) to provide a comprehensive property service. Interested parties are hereby invited to submit offers to purchase the following unimproved properties which will be sold as a unit: The Remainder of Portion 80 (a portion of Portion 21) of the Farm Saxenburg No 419, Portion 114 (a portion of Portion 21) of the Farm Saxenburg No 419, the Remainder of Portion 3 of the Farm Sandown No 1053 and the Remainder of Portion 33 (a portion of Portion 2) of the Farm Langverwacht No 238, all situate in the Administrative District of Stellenbosch, Province of the Western Cape. Joint extent: 41 171 m². Present Zoning: The Remainder of Portion 80 (a portion of Portion 21) of the Farm Saxenburg No 419, Stellenbosch RD and the Remainder of Portion 33 (a portion of Portion 2) of the Farm Langverwacht No 238, Stellenbosch RD are zoned “Transport Zoning 2; Public Road and Public Parking (TR2)” whilst Portion 114 (a portion of Portion 21) of the Farm Saxenburg No 419, Stellenbosch RD and the Remainder of Portion 3 of the Farm Sandown No 1053, Stellenbosch RD are zoned “Agriculture”. The properties are located adjacent to the Zevenwacht Link Road between Stellenbosch Arterial (M12) and Langverwacht Road, Kuilsriver in the northern suburbs of Kuilsriver. Kuilsriver is located approximately 35 kilometres east of Cape Town CBD. Access to the properties is currently gained from Stellenbosch Arterial via Skilpaddam Road that leads to Zevenhof Road and the southern side of the properties.
