Tender Notice: | The MAJV has been appointed by the South African National Roads Agency SOC Ltd (SANRAL) to provide a comprehensive property service. Interested parties are hereby invited to submit offers to purchase the following unimproved property: Portion 3 of the Farm No 228 in the Administrative District of Stellenbosch, Province of the Western Cape. Extent: 1 990 m². Present Zoning: “Transport Zone 2”. The property is located in Crammix Road in a rural node of Brackenfell South, in the Northern Suburbs of Cape Town. Access to the property is obtained via Kruis Road from Bottelary Road (M23) in the south or from Old Paarl Road (R101) in the north. The reserve price is R 600 000.00 (Six hundred thousand rand). Only offers above the reserve price will be considered. There will be no tenderer’s meeting. Current Policies and Legislation that govern Procurement will apply.
