Tender Notice: | TENDER NOTICE AND INVITATION TO TENDER CLOSING DATE (AT 14:00): 18 June 2010 The South African National Roads Agency Limited (SANRAL) invites tenders for the Routine Road Maintenance on National Route 10 Sections 5 to 8: Ludlow To Prieska. This project is in the province of the Northern Cape. Only tenderers, who are registered with the Construction Industry Development Board with a contractor grading designation of 6CE or higher, are eligible to tender. Preferences are offered to tenderers who comply with the criteria stated in the Tender Data. TENDER DOCUMENTS: The physical address for collection of tender documents is The Regional Manager (Western Region), The South African National Roads Agency Ltd, Parc du Cap, Building 5, Corner Willie van Schoor Avenue and Mispel Street, Bellville where documents may be collected from Monday, 24 May 2010 during the hours 08:00 to 16:00 (Monday to Friday). A non-refundable fee of R300.00 payable by means of electronic funds transfer or direct deposit to: The South African National Roads Agency Limited (SANRAL) Bank: ABSA Bank Limited Branch Number: 33 55 45 Account Number: 104 551 0073 Reference: Company name and N.010--058-2010/1 or call SANRAL offices (021 957 4612) for reference number. Proof of payment must be provided on the collection of Tender Documentation. Tender documents will be issued in electronic format on CD. TENDERERS MEETING: A compulsory tenderer’s clarification meeting with representatives of SANRAL will take place at the offices of South African National Roads Agency Limited, Parc du Cap, Building 5, c/o Mispel Street and Willie van Schoor Avenue, Bellville on Friday, 28 May 2010 starting at 10h00. Submissions of tenderers who arrive late at the Clarification Meeting shall be regarded as non-responsive. COMPLETION AND DELIVERY OF TENDERS: The closing time and date for receipt of tender is 14:00 on Friday, 18 June 2010. Telegraphic, telephonic, telex, email, facsimile and late tenders will not be accepted. Tenders may only be submitted in the format as stated in the Tender data.
