Tender Notice: | INVITATION TO TENDER SALE OF LAND THE SOUTH AFRICAN NATIONAL ROADS AGENCY SOC LIMITED REPRESENTED BY THE MAJV The MAJV has been appointed by the South African National Roads Agency SOC Ltd (SANRAL) to provide a comprehensive property service. Interested parties are hereby invited to submit offers to purchase the following unimproved properties: 1. TENDER NO: N003-030- E-P-1472A: Purchase of Portion 4 (of 1) of the Farm Lot H 28 No 12420 - GV EXTENT: The extent of the property is 1.2764 Ha. PRESENT ZONING: The property is not located within the area controlled by the Big Five Hlabisa Municipality Town Planning Scheme and is therefore classified as agricultural land under Act 70/1970. IMPROVEMENTS: The property consists of vacant land without improvements. SERVICES: The property has no services RESERVE PRICE: R83 000.00 (Eighty three thousand rand). Offers below the reserve price will not be considered. 2. TENDER NO: N003-030- E-P-1472B: Purchase of Portion 5 (of 1) of the Farm Lot H 28 No 12420 - GV EXTENT: The extent of the property is 1.0459 Ha. TENDER NO: N003-030-E-P-1472C: Purchase of Portion 17 (of 12) of the Farm Lot H 29 No 13268 - GV EXTENT: The extent of the property is 1.0282 Ha. PRESENT ZONING: The property is not located within the area controlled by the Big Five Hlabisa Municipality Town Planning Scheme and is therefore classified as agricultural land under Act 70/1970. IMPROVEMENTS: The property consists of vacant land without Improvements. SERVICES: The property has no services RESERVE PRICE: R64 000.00 (Sixty four thousand rand). Offers below the reserve price will not be considered. . The subject properties are located approximately 15 km south of the town of Hluhluwe and are situated directly on the National Route N2. The properties are located at the south western, south eastern and north eastern quadrants of the Bushlands interchange. Travelling on the N2 from Durban take the Bushlands off ramp which leads to the D123 Road where the properties are situated. The properties are accessed from the D123 Road GPS Co-ordinates S28.110153 E32.270623. A site meeting to point out site boundaries and inspect the properties will be held on Tuesday 2 October 2018 at 12:00. Travelling on the N2 from Durban take the Bushlands off ramp and turn left onto the D123 Road where the meeting point is located on the left.
