MBSA Consulting invites tenders on behalf of the Applicant, the South African National Roads Agency

SOC limited, for the Subservice of managing the environmental process and monitoring

environmental compliance during construction for on AC60988 leading to Goso Forest clinic near the

N2 Wild Cost Highway section 20 between km 4.90 and km15.40). This project is in the province of

Eastern Cape and in the district municipality of OR Tambo District Municipality. The approximate

programme for design is to be completed by September 2023, followed by 02 Months Mobilization

Period and construction monitoring of 16 months, commencing January 2024.

TENDER DOCUMENTS

Tenderers must submit, via email, the duly completed Form A1.1 Certificate of Intention to Submit a

Tender within seven (7) days from the tender advertisement date Friday, 27 October 2023. Failure

to submit this certificate would result in the tenderer not receiving addenda or additional issued

information and may result in the tenderer being non-responsive.

COMPLETION AND DELIVERY OF TENDERS

The closing time for receipt of tenders is 11:00 on Friday, 10 November 2023.

Telegraphic, telephonic, telex, e-mail, facsimile and late tenders will not be accepted.

Tenders may only be submitted in the format as stated in the Tender Data.
