BVi Consulting Engineers Western Cape (Pty) Ltd invites tenders on behalf of the Applicant, the South African National Roads Agency SOC limited, for the Subservice of managing the environmental process and monitoring environmental compliance during construction for the Upgrade on National Road R40 Section 5 from Maviljan (km 32.1) to Arthur’s Seat (km 53.0). This project is in the province of Mpumalanga and in the district municipality of Ehlanzeni. The approximate programme for design is to be completed by November 2023, followed by construction monitoring of 48 months, commencing August 2024.

Only tenderers

·             with a B-BBEE contributor status level of 1 or 2 and are EMEs or QSEs;

·             who meet the minimum requirement for Key Person/s and

·             who are registered on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database are eligible to tender 

Only tenderers registered with EAPASA will be eligible to apply.

TENDER DOCUMENTS

Tenderers must submit, via email, the duly completed Form A1.1 Certificate of Intention to Submit a Tender within seven (7) days from the tender advertisement date (23 September 2022). Failure to submit this certificate would result in the tenderer not receiving addenda or additional issued information and may result in the tenderer being non-responsive.

COMPLETION AND DELIVERY OF TENDERS

The closing time for receipt of tenders is 11:00 on Monday, 17 October 2022.

Telegraphic, telephonic, telex, e-mail, facsimile and late tenders will not be accepted.
