T1.1 TENDER NOTICE AND INVITATION TO TENDER (Incorporating SBD1)
The South African National Roads Agency SOC Ltd 38 Ida Street, Menlo Park, 0081, Tshwane
Ilifa Africa Engineers (Pty) Ltd invites tenders on behalf of the Applicant, the South African National Roads Agency SOC limited, for the Subservice of monitoring environmental compliance during construction for THE UPGRADING OF NATIONAL ROAD R573 SECTION 2: WORK PACKAGE E FROM KM 13.00 TO KM24.7. This project is in the province of Mpumalanga and in the district municipality of Nkangala. The approximate programme for the construction monitoring is 36 months with an additional 3-months mobilisation, commencing August 2024.
Only tenderers • who are registered on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database as stated in the Tender Data, Clause 4.1.1 are eligible to tender.
TENDER DOCUMENTSTender documents are available at no cost in electronic format from the SANRAL website using the following link https://www.nra.co.za/service-provider-zone/tenders/open-tenders/. Tenderers must have access to Microsoft © Office 2013 and Acrobat Adobe © 9.0 or similar compatible software. Tenderers must submit, via email, the duly completed Form A1.1 Certificate of Intention to Submit a Tender within seven (7) days from the tender advertisement date 5 July 2024. Failure to submit this certificate would result in the tenderer not receiving addenda or additional issued information and may result in the tenderer being non-responsive. T-5 TENDERER’S MEETING No tenderers’ clarification meeting will be held. Queries may be emailed to harrismith@ilifa.biz.
COMPLETION AND DELIVERY OF TENDERSThe closing time for receipt of tenders is 11:00 on Friday, 02 August 2024.
Telegraphic, telephonic, telex, e-mail, facsimile and late tenders will not be accepted.
Tenders may only be submitted in the format as stated in the Tender Data.
