TENDER NOTICE ERRATUM ERRATUM TENDER NOTICE FOR CONTRACT SANRAL X.002-191-2023/1 FOR THE ROUTINE ROAD MAINTENANCE OF NATIONAL ROUTE N11 SECTION 7 FROM THE MSUKALIGWA MUNICIPAL BORDER TO ERMELO, N11 SECTION 8 FROM ERMELO TO THE MSUKALIGWA MUNICIPAL BORDER, N2 SECTION 34 FROM ERMELO TO THE MSUKALIGWA MUNICIPAL BORDER. The erratum aims to amend the tender requirements in the tender advert and tender document that was published on 17 March 2023 on SANRAL website and National Treasury E-tender portal. The tender document amendments are detailed on addendum no. 3 attached to this erratum. THE TENDERER IS REQUESTED TO: incorporate all amendments as indicated in the addendum in the original tender document that was advertised on 17 March 2023. Complete form A1.1 and submit it by emailing to ProcurementNR2@sanral.co.za not later than the date of 05 June 2023. Please note that all tenderer/s that have previously submitted form A.1.1, need NOT to submit the form again. Please note that there will be a non-compulsory clarification meeting for this tender planned to take place on the date of 06 June 2023 The closing date for this tender is amended to close on 07 July 2023 at 11:00
General Addendum as addendum No.3 TENDER NOTICE AND INVITATION TO TENDER (Incorporating SBD1) The South African National Roads Agency SOC Limited (SANRAL) invites tenders for the Routine Road Maintenance of National Route N11 section 7 from the Msukaligwa Municipal Border to Ermelo, N11 Section 8 from Ermelo to the Msukaligwa Municipal Border, N2 section 34 from Ermelo to the Msukaligwa Municipal Border. This project is in the province of Mpumalanga and in the district of Gert Sibande in Mkhondo Local Municipality. The approximate duration is 60 months as Contract data Sub-Clause C1.1.3.3. CIDB Regulation 25 (1B) will be applicable to this contract. Only tenderers with a B-BBEE contributor status level of 1, 2, 3 or 4 and QSE or Generic, and who are registered on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database at the tender closing date ; and meet the stipulated minimum threshold for local content and production as stated in the Tender Data are eligible to tender. It is estimated that tenderers should have a CIDB contractor grading designation of 7CE or higher, however, tenderers attention is drawn to clause C.2.1 of the Tender Data when submitting their tender. Tenders from tenderers registered as potentially emerging enterprises but with a CIDB contractor grading designation lower than a contractor grading designation determined in accordance with the sum tendered, or a value determined in accordance with Regulation 25(1B) or 25(7A) of the Construction Industry Development Regulations, will not be accepted. This tender includes the following compulsory subcontracting to Targeted Enterprises as in the Appendix to Tender: Contract Data subclause D.

Tenderers must submit, via email, the duly completed Form A1.1 Certificate of Intention to Submit a Tender prior to 10th of March 2023.Failure to submit this certificate would result in the tenderer not receiving addenda or additional issued information and may result in the tenderer being non-responsive. CLOSING TIME, COMPLETION AND DELIVERY OF TENDERS The closing time for receipt of tenders is 11:00 on 13th of April 2023. Telegraphic, telephonic, telex, email, facsimile and late tenders will not be accepted. Tenders may only be submitted in the format as stated in the Tender Data.
