NOTICE AND INVITATION TO SUBMIT AN EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI)

The South African National Roads Agency Limited (SANRAL) hereby invites service providers for inclusion on the SANRAL’S panel of service providers to provide knowledge and compliance training services to SANRAL employees as and when required for a period of three (3) years.

Only respondents who are registered on the CSD at the submission closing date and meet the mandatory technical requirement as stated in clause 4.1 of the Submission Data are eligible to submit an expression of interest. 

EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI) DOCUMENTS

Expression of Interest documents are available from 05 June  2023 at no cost in electronic format downloadable from the SANRAL’s website by following the link:  https://www.nra.co.za/sanral-tenders/status?region_id=national. Respondents must have access to Microsoft © Office 2013 and Acrobat Adobe © 9.0 or similar compatible software.

Respondents must submit, via email, the duly completed Form A2 Certificate of Intention to Submit an Expression of Interest prior to 14 June 2023. Failure to submit this certificate would result in the respondent not receiving addenda or additional issued information and may result in the respondent being non-responsive.

RESPONDENT’S MEETING

Non-compulsory clarification meeting

A clarification briefing presentation is available to be downloaded from the SANRAL website by

the following link https://www.nra.co.za/sanral-tenders/status?region_id=national A non- compulsory

clarification briefing meeting will be held via a virtual platform on 20 June 2023 at 10h00 to 11h00 where the project will be presented. A link to the clarification briefing meeting will be sent to respondents who complete and submit a Certificate of Intention to Submit an expression of interest (Form A2).

A respondent’s representative cannot represent more than one respondent at the briefing meeting.

CLOSING TIME AND DATE, COMPLETION AND DELIVERY OF SUBMISSIONS

The closing time for receipt of tenders is 11:00 on Tuesday, 11 July 2023.

Telegraphic, telephonic, telex, e-mail, facsimile and late tenders will not be accepted.

Expression of Interest submissions may only be submitted in the format as stated in the Submission Data.

Requirements for completing, sealing, addressing, delivery, opening and assessment of submissions are stated in the Submission Data.
