TENDER FOR THE PROVINCIAL PROVISION OF AUDIT/ASSESSMENT SERVICES FOR THE COMPLIANCE TO GUIDELINES FOR STAKEHOLDER, COMMUNITY LIAISON, TARGETED LABOUR AND TARGETED ENTERPRISES UTILISATION AND DEVELOPMENT ON CONSTRUCTION/OPERATIONS AND MAINTENANCE PROJECTS FOR A PERIOD OF FIVE YEARS (PANEL OF FOUR (4) SERVICE PROVIDERS)

T1.1     TENDER NOTICE AND INVITATION TO TENDER

The South African National Roads Agency SOC Limited (SANRAL) invites tenders for provision of audit/assessment services for the compliance to guidelines for stakeholder, community liaison, targeted labour and targeted enterprises utilisation and development on construction/operations and maintenance projects for a period of five years (panel of four (4) service providers).

Only tenderers who are registered on the CSD at the tender closing date and meet the mandatory technical requirement are eligible to tender. 

 There is sub-contracting to Designated groups requirements for this project.

 TENDERER’S MEETING

 A compulsory briefing session will be conducted Virtually on the 21 October 2025, at 10H00 for a period of ± 2 hours. The briefing session will start punctually and information will not be repeated for the benefit of Respondents arriving late. The meeting will be virtual.

Late arrivals (15 Minutes late) will not be allowed to participate in the meeting and their submissions shall be declared non-responsive. A tenderer’s representative cannot represent more than one tenderer at the tender briefing meeting. 

 CLOSING TIME AND DATE, COMPLETION AND DELIVERY OF TENDERS

 The closing time for receipt of tenders is 12:00 on 11 NOVEMBER 2025

 Telegraphic, telephonic, telex, e-mail, facsimile and late tenders will not be accepted.

 Tenders may only be submitted in the format as stated in the Tender Data.
