CONSULTING ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR THE FLOOD REPAIRS OF THE TETE RIVER BRIDGE ON PROVINCIAL ROUTE R102

CLOSING DATE (AT 11:00): 7 October 2022

The South African National Roads Agency SOC Limited (SANRAL) invites tenders for the provision of Flood Repairs of the Tete River Bridge and Flood Plain on Main Road P2-2 (Provincial Route R102) in the Shakaskraal area. This project is in the province of KwaZulu Natal and in the district municipality of iLembe, within the local municipality of KwaDukuza and the approximate programme is for design to be completed by November 2022, followed by supervision of 3 months, commencing in November 2022.
Only tenderers with a B-BBEE contributor status level of 1, 2, 3 or 4 and who is an EME or a QSE, who meets the minimum requirements for the key persons; who are registered on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database at the tender closing date as stipulated in Clause C.2.1, are eligible to tender.
Joint Ventures (JV) will be allowed on condition that one JV partner is a Targeted Enterprise. The JV partner will, however, not contribute to sub-contract target for Targeted Enterprises.

A non- compulsory clarification briefing meeting will be held via a virtual platform on 3 October 2022, at 11h00, where the project will be presented. A link to join the clarification meeting is on tender data clause C.2.7.

CLOSING TIME, COMPLETION AND DELIVERY OF TENDERS

The closing time and date for receipt of tenders is 11:00 on 7 October 2022. Late tenders will not be accepted. Tenders may only be submitted in the format as stated in the Tender Data.
