PROJECT MANAGERS FROM THE SOUTHERN REGION IN PORT ELIZABETH

The South African National Roads Agency SOC Limited (SANRAL) request quotations from

Suppliers that are listed and registered on the National Treasury’s Central Supplier Database,

for provision of Project Management Professional (Pmp) Training to Sanral Project Managers

From The Southern Region In Port Elizabeth.

PRE-QUALIFICATION CRITERIA

Only bidders that comply with the following criteria are eligible to submit a quotation:

• who are BBBEE compliant and have a BBBEE level status of 1-2

• have a business status as an EME / EME Start-U

Mandatory Training Requirement:

NB: Bidders are expected to attach the below documents on the table as returnable to substantiate their submission

Accreditation SACPCMP AND ECSA Accredited

Service Provider Experience Have at least three years of project management

training experience.

Be ISO 9001:2015 certified.

A member of a reputable professiona body/organization.

Facilitator Experience Must have at least ten years of experience in project management within the built environment.

Must be a certified Project Management Professional

(PMP) and Professional Construction Project Manager (PrCPM).

Have a minimum Master's degree in Project

Management or Equivalent to NQF level 9.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

• The supplier must be ECSA and SACPCMP accredited.

• The tenderer must be registered on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database

Evaluate compliance with the Specification as per Form C

• The supplier is requested to submit quotation with content that meet the specification on Form C.

• SANRAL will select the preferred option based on the cost effectiveness, ability to render as per the specification.

• Failure to meet the specification will result in the service provider being non-responsive.

Evaluate price and preference

The 80/20 principle will be used on the preferred option to evaluate this quotation for service providers who meet the eligibility, pre-qualification criteria and who are compliant with the specification as per form Please include copies of the required documentation as per the forms, including the signed form of offer.

The closing time for receipt of Quotations is 11:00 on 27 October 2022
