RFQ QUOTATION SANRAL WR ASSET/2022/01

BUY AND COLLECT USED BULK FURNITURE STORED AT THE WESTERN REGION OFFICE (1 Havenga Street, Oakdale, Bellville,7535)

The South African National Roads Agency SOC Limited (SANRAL) request quotations from companies that are listed and registered on the National Treasury’s Central Supplier Database, for buying and collecting bulk furniture that is stored at the western region office.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

 The tenderer must be registered on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database. 

Evaluation Process:

The company who has quoted the highest price that is higher than the reserve will be awarded the quotation to buy and collect the used bulk furniture at the quoted price.

Tax Compliance 

The company with the acceptable price must be tax compliant, if the company is non-tax compliant, 7 working days will be given to the company and the company will be deemed non-responsive if the non-tax compliance is not corrected.

Show Meeting 

A non-compulsory show meeting will be held on Thursday, 22 November 2022 at 11:00AM at SANRAL Western Region Offices, 1 Havenga Street, Oakdale, Bellville,7535. 

Arrival Point: Reception Area.

COMPLETION AND DELIVERY OF TENDERS

The closing time for receipt of Quotations is 11:00AM on 06 December 2022

Only quotations submitted at the tender box at the Reception Area at SANRAL Western Region Offices, 1 Havenga Street, Oakdale, Bellville,7535.

No fax or email tenders will be accepted 

All quotation received after the closing date will not be evaluated.
