T1.1 TENDER NOTICE AND INVITATION TO TENDER

The South African National Roads Agency SOC Limited (SANRAL) invites tenders for appointment of service provider for the provision of gardening, fire break, irrigation and grass cutting services at SANRAL services for a period of: sixty (60) months

Only tenderers who are registered on the CSD at the tender closing date and meet the mandatory technical requirement are eligible to tender.

Tender documents are available at no cost in electronic format downloadable from the SANRAL’s website by following the link https://www.nra.co.za/sanral-tenders/status?region_id=national. Tenderers must have access to Microsoft © Office 2013 and Acrobat Adobe © 9.0 or similar compatible software.

TENDERER’S MEETING

A compulsory briefing session will be conducted Virtually on the 28 October 2025, at 11H00 for a period of ± 2 hours. The briefing session will start punctually and information will not be repeated for the benefit of Respondents arriving late. The meeting will be virtual.

Late arrivals (15 Minutes late) will not be allowed to participate in the meeting and their submissions shall be declared non-responsive. A tenderer’s representative cannot represent more than one tenderer at the tender briefing meeting. 

 CLOSING TIME AND DATE, COMPLETION AND DELIVERY OF TENDERS

The closing time for receipt of tenders is 12:00 on 12 NOVEMBER 2025

 Telegraphic, telephonic, telex, e-mail, facsimile and late tenders will not be accepted.

 Tenders may only be submitted in the format as stated in the Tender Data.
