T1.1   TENDER NOTICE AND INVITATION TO TENDER (Incorporating SBD1)

 CLOSING DATE (AT 12:00): 11 November 2025

The South African National Roads Agency SOC Limited (SANRAL) invites tenders for the provision of OFFICE FACILITY MANAGEMENT FOR SANRAL WESTERN CAPE PROVINCE. This project is in the province of Western Cape and in the district municipality/local municipality of City of Cape Town for a duration of 60 months.

Only tenderers who are registered on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database and meet the minimum requirements for the key persons as stipulated in Clause C.2.1 at the tender closing date, are eligible to tender.

The Service Provider shall sublet a minimum of 30% of the final contract value to targeted enterprises.

Joint Ventures (JV) will be allowed on condition that one JV partner is a Targeted Enterprise. The JV partner will, however, not contribute to sub-contract target for Targeted Enterprises.

TENDERER’S MEETING

Compulsory clarification meeting (In-person)

A compulsory clarification briefing meeting will be held at SANRAL Western Cape, 01 Havenga Street, Oakdale Bellville on 31 October 2025at. Tenderers must pre-book for attendance at the clarification briefing meeting. Due to restrictions on numbers of attendees, only one representative per tenderer/company can attend the briefing meeting. A request to attend the clarification briefing meeting must be sent to ProcurementNR3@sanral.co.za

Late arrivals will not be allowed to participate in the meeting and their submissions shall be declared non-responsive. A tenderer’s representative cannot represent more than one tenderer at the tender briefing meeting.

CLOSING TIME, COMPLETION AND DELIVERY OF TENDERS

The closing time and date for receipt of tenders is 11:00 on 11 November 2025

Telegraphic, telephonic, telex, e-mail, facsimile and late tenders will not be accepted.

Tenders may only be submitted in the format as stated in the Tender Data.
