UPGRADE OF NATIONAL ROAD R573 SECTION 3 FROM TOITSKRAAL (KM 20.3) TO MARBLE HALL (KM 43.7)

                                 INVITATION TO TRAINING SERVICE PROVIDER   

Potential Training Service Provider are invited to supply quote for training on the abovementioned contract as per attached training field/program.

1. ELIGIBILITY – TRAINING SERVICE PROVIDER PREQUALIFICATION

❖  Documents required

•      Company registration certificate

•      Proof of registration with National Treasury’s CSD.

•      Company Profile.

•      Registered with SARS and in possession of a valid tax certificate (status pin document)

•      Valid BBBEE certificate or an affidavit.

•      Registered with the compensation fund and in possession of a valid letter of good standing certification (COIDA).

•      Cost Proposal.

❖  Accreditation of the Training Service Provider (Proof required).

•      The Training Service Provider shall be accredited and have in its employ

Practitioners, Assessors and Moderators who are registered, with the Construction Education Training Authority (CETA). Proof of accreditation and registration shall be current, valid and list the NQF levels and Unit Standards for which the entity and its staff are accredited.

•      Training methodology and implementation plan.

❖  Qualifications and Experience of the Training Service Provider (Proof required) • The training and competency levels required of the Training Service Provider and his staff are outlined in the table below:

•       In addition to the above qualifications and in keeping with current CETA practical experience requirements for registration as a Practitioner, NQF Level 4 Unit Standards shall only be presented by Practitioners with NQF Level 5 (one level up) credentials.

•       Elective Unit Standards are typically more vocational orientated and may require specialist input. It is thus not a requirement that individual Practitioner and Assessors shall have all the necessary skills for all different categories of Unit Standards. The Training Service Provider may and shall therefore, when necessary, appoint

Practitioners and Assessors on an ad hoc basis with the levels of experience which are required for the Unit Standards to be presented.
