QTC Civils invites experienced Contractors to a RFQ for Contract: X.004-128-2024/1 FOR THE EMERGENCY ROUTINE ROAD MAINTENANCE PROJECT ON NATIONAL ROUTE R34 SECTION 3 TO 5 FROM BLOEMHOF (VAAL RIVER)(KM 6.38) TO CHURCH STREET (R70) (KM 33.24).

On behalf of the South African National Roads Agency. This project is in the province of the Free State and in the Lejweleputswa District Municipality.

Preference is offered to prospective Bidders from the targeted area, namely South Africa as well as the CIDB grades and classes indicated. This RFQ will be evaluated in terms of functionality and criterion and the price and preference points system and Company experience. Bidders who satisfy the following criteria are eligible to submit the RFQs:

Valid B-BBEE Level 1 or 2 contributor.

Registered on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD).

Registered as “active” with the Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB) in the relevant contractor grade and class designation.

CIPC Document.

An award will only be made to contractors with highest evaluation points that are:

Compliant with the Compensation for Occupational Injuries and Diseases Act (COIDA); and

Tax Clearance certificate.
