ERRATUM TENDER NOTICE FOR CONTRACT SANRAL X.002-205-2023/1F 

CONSULTING ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR THE ROUTINE ROAD MAINTENANCE OF NATIONAL ROAD R555 FROM JACKAROO PARK TO THE STEVE TSHWETE MUNICIPAL BORDER, N12 FROM GAUTENG / MPUMALANGA BORDER TO EMALAHLENI, AND R573 FROM MOLOTO TO MOTETI AND WITHIN DR JS MOROKA MUNICIPALITY. 

The erratum aims to amend the tender requirements in the tender advert and tender document that was published on 02 March 2023 on SANRAL website and National Treasury E-tender portal.

The tender document amendments are detailed on addendum no. 2 attached to this erratum. 

THE TENDERER IS REQUESTED TO:

incorporate all amendments as indicated in the addendum in the original tender document that was advertised on 02 March 2023.

Complete form A1.1 and submit it by emailing to ProcurementNR3@sanral.co.za not later than the date of 30 May 2023. Please note that all tenderer/s that have previously submitted form A.1.1, need NOT to submit the form again.

Please note that there will be a non-compulsory clarification meeting for this tender planned to take place on the date of 06 June 2023

The closing date for this tender is amended to close on 30 August 2023 at 11:00

T1.1 TENDER NOTICE AND INVITATION TO TENDER (Incorporating SBD1)

CLOSING DATE (AT 11:00): Wednesday, 12 April 2023

CLOSING DATE: Replace with (AT 11:00): Tuesday, 04 July 2023

The South African National Roads Agency SOC Limited (SANRAL) invites tenders for the provision of Consulting Engineering Services for the Routine Road Maintenance of National Road R555 From Jackaroo Park to The Steve Tshwete Municipal Border, N12 From Gauteng / Mpumalanga Border To Emalahleni, And R573 From Moloto To Moteti And within Dr JS Moroka Municipality. This project is in the province of the Mpumalanga and in the district municipality of Nkangala and the approximate programme is for design and construction documentation to be completed by September 2023, followed by supervision of 60 months, commencing January 2024.

Replace the following sentence:

Only tenderers with a B-BBEE contributor status level of 1, 2, 3 or 4 who are registered on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database and meet the minimum requirements for the key persons as stipulated in Clause C.2.1 at the tender closing date, are eligible to tender.

Replace with the following:

Only tenderers who are registered on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database and meet the minimum requirements for the key persons as stipulated in Clause C.2.1 at the tender closing date, are eligible to tender.”

Joint Ventures (JV) will be allowed on condition that one JV partner is a Targeted Enterprise.

The JV partner will, however, not contribute to sub-contract target for Targeted Enterprises.

Replace with the following:
