T1.1      TENDER NOTICE AND INVITATION TO TENDER

The South African National Roads Agency SOC Limited (SANRAL) invites tenders for appointment of service provider for the appointment of a traffic monitoring managing service provider for the provision of manual and short-term traffic counts

Only tenderers who are registered on the CSD at the tender closing date and meet the mandatory technical requirement are eligible to tender.

TENDERER’S MEETING

A compulsory briefing session will be conducted Virtually on the 13 JULY 2026 @ 14H00 for a period of ± 2 hours. The briefing session will start punctually and information will not be repeated for the benefit of Respondents arriving late. The meeting will be virtual.

Late arrivals (15 Minutes late) will not be allowed to participate in the meeting and their submissions shall be declared non-responsive. A tenderer’s representative cannot represent more than one tenderer at the tender briefing meeting. 

CLOSING TIME AND DATE, COMPLETION AND DELIVERY OF TENDERS

The closing time for receipt of tenders is 12:00 on 29 JULY 2026 @ 11:00 am

Telegraphic, telephonic, telex, e-mail, facsimile and late tenders will not be accepted.

Tenders may only be submitted in the format as stated in the Tender Data.
