TENDER NOTICE AND INVITATION TO TENDER (Incorporating SBD1)

Zitari (Pty) Ltd invites tenders on behalf of the South African National Roads Agency SOC limited, for Social Facilitation services during construction FOR CONCRETE REPAIRS AND JOINT  SEALS REPLACEMENT ON NATIONAL  ROUTE N12 SECTION 20 FROM OGIES (KM 42.50) TO EMLAHLENI (KM 68.84). This project is in the province of Mpumalanga, in the district municipality of Nkangala and in the Local Municipality of eMalahleni. The construction duration is 18 months, this Contract for Social Facilitation services will be limited to a period of 16 months, with the Employer retaining the option to extend the Contract Period if required.

Only tenderers who are registered on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database and score a minimum of 70 evaluation points out of 100 for Functionality as stated in the Tender Data, Clause 4.1.1 will be considered eligible to tender.

Tenderers must have access to Microsoft © Office 2013 and Acrobat Adobe © 9.0 or similar compatible software.

Tenderers must submit, via email, the duly completed Form A1.1 Certificate of Intention to Submit a Tender by 17 July 2026.  Failure to submit this certificate would result in the tenderer not receiving addenda or additional issued information and may result in the tenderer being non-responsive.

No tenderers’ clarification meeting will be held.

COMPLETION AND DELIVERY OF TENDERS

The closing time for receipt of tenders is 12:00 on Friday 31 July 2026.

Telegraphic, telephonic, telex, facsimile and late tenders will not be accepted.
