TENDER INVITATION

On behalf of the South African National Roads Agency SOC limited (SANRAL), Batalala Consulting Engineers (Pty) Ltd, invites tenders to appoints subconsultant who will assist the Principal Consultant in undertaking pavement investigations, materials testing, and related quality control activities in accordance with SANRAL’s standards, TMH and TRH guidelines, and the project’s Quality Management Plan, for the Emergency Routine Road Maintenance on National Route R59 (Sections 2–3) And National Route R30 (Sections 4–6) In the Lejweleputswa District Municipality.

Attached find a schedule of rates that needs to be completed.

ANNEXURE A – LOCALITY PLAN

Tenders are requested from Subconsultants (ISO 10009) to carry out pavement designs, material investigations, test interpretations and monitoring associated with the Emergency Routine Road Maintenance on National Route R59 (Sections 2–3) And National Route R30 (Sections 4–6) In the Lejweleputswa District Municipality. This project is in the Free State Province and in the District Municipality of the Lejweleputswa for the construction period of 3 months commencing on 23 June 2026.

The tenderers will be evaluated on functionality (quality) criteria with a threshold of 65%.
