T1.1 TENDER NOTICE AND INVITATION TO TENDER

The South African National Roads Agency SOC Limited (SANRAL) invites tenders for: FOR THE NOMINATED SUB CONTRACTOR FOR THE DESIGN, OPERATIONS AND MAINTENANCE OF TOLL SYSTEMS FOR THE OPERATIONS AND MAINTENANCE OF TSITSIKAMMA TOLL PLAZA ON THE N2 TSITSIKAMMA TOLL ROAD – NOMINATED SUB-CONTRACTOR.

This project is located in the provinces of the Western and Eastern Cape and the toll plaza is located in the

located in the Bitou Local Municipality. The approximate duration is 52 months including 4 weeks for the

Establishment Period. The approximate duration includes the Design-Build and Operation Service Period.

A COMPULSORY BRIEFING SESSION

A compulsory briefing session will be conducted virtually on the 31st of March 2026, at 12H00 for a period of

± 2 hours. The briefing session link will go live an hour before to ensure tenders complete the register.

Information will not be repeated for the benefit of Tenderers arriving late.

The briefing session will start punctually, and information will not be repeated for the benefit of Tenderers

arriving late. Late arrivals (15 Minutes late) will not be allowed to participate in the meeting. A Tenderer’s representative cannot represent more than one Tenderer at the tender briefing meeting.A tender-class briefing presentation will be sent to all Tenderers who attended the briefing session. It is the

responsibility of the Tenderer to ensure they receive the presentation.

No late tenders will be accepted after closing date and time.
