TENDER NOTICE

Raubex/WBHO/Cebekhulu JV invites experienced enterprises to a tender briefing session for Contract N.002-340-2016/1R for the IMPROVEMENT OF NATIONAL ROUTE N2 SECTION 34 FROM VERZAMELING (KM 30) TO LEIDEN (KM 60) on behalf of South African National Roads Agency Soc Limited (SANRAL). The project is in the province of Mpumalanga and in the Mkhondo and Msukaligwa Local Municipalities under Gert Sibande District Municipality.

Preferences are offered to prospective tenderers from the targeted areas falling under Mkhondo and Msukaligwa Local Municipalities. The targeted Designated Group ownership for these packages and tender documents for each package can be accessed through the links indicated in the table below:

 These tenders will be evaluated in terms of functionality as a criterion and the price and preference points system. Tenderers who satisfy the following criteria are eligible to submit tenders:  

a) B-BBEE Level 1 or 2 contributor.

b) Exempted Micro Enterprise (EME) or Qualifying Small Enterprise (QSE).

c) Registered on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD).

d) An award will only be made to preferred tenderers that are:

     • Compliant with the Compensation for Occupational Injuries and Diseases Act (COID); and

     • Tax Compliant with South African Revenue Service (SARS)  

SERVICE PROVIDER TENDER DOCUMENTS

All interested skills development service providers that meet the minimum requirements stated below may submit a company registration document, CVs of Practitioner, Assessor & Moderator, List of all NQF accredited training courses provided and quotations on the listed courses below. 

a) Accreditation of the Training Service Provider entity shall be accredited, and have in its employ Practitioners, Assessors and Moderators who are registered with the Construction Education Training Authority (CETA). Proof of accreditation and registration shall be current, valid and list the NQF levels and Unit Standards for which the entity and its staff are accredited.

b) Qualifications and Experience of the Training Service Provider The training and competency levels required of the Training Service Provider and his staff are outlined in the table below:

In addition to the above qualifications, and in keeping with current CETA practical experience requirements for registration as a Practitioner, NQF Level 4 Unit Standards shall only be presented by Practitioners with NQF Level 5 (one level up) credentials.

Notes to Tenderers:

a) RAUBEX CONSTRUCTION SITE OFFICE – 30/04/26 (THURSDAY) 11:30-12:00 15 MAY 2026 @ 12:00 pm RAUBEX CONSTRUCTION PTY LTD will reserve the right to negotiate feasible rates with the preferred tenderers if necessary.

b) Tenderers may submit tenders for all sub-contracts in this Tender Notice, but only I (one) subcontract will be let per preferred Tenderer at any one time for this project. 

The tender and supporting documents shall be sealed in an envelope and clearly marked:

“SUBCONTRACT SANRAL N.002-340-2016/1R FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF NATIONAL ROUTE N2 SECTION 34 FROM VERZAMELING (KM 30) TO LEIDEN (KM 60)” and shall be delivered by hand and placed in the tender box marked “VERZAMELING Tender Box” RAUBEX CONSTRUCTION SITE OFFICE, CORNER OF N2 & ZANDSPRUIT ROAD, ZANDSPRUIT, MSUKALIGWA.
