Nothule Solutions (Pty) Ltd invites tenders on behalf of the Applicant, the South African National Roads Agency SOC Limited, for the Subservice of managing the environmental process and monitoring environmental compliance during the Upgrade from Single to Dual Carriageway on National Route 1 Section 3, from Glen Heatlie (km 14.00) to Hex River Pass (km 47.00). This project is in the province of the Western Cape and in the Breede Valley Local Municipality of the Cape Winelands District Municipality. The approximate programme for design is to be completed by December 2027, followed by construction monitoring of 36 Months (including a 3-month mobilisation period), commencing December 2029.

·       who meet the minimum requirement for Key Person/s as stated in clause C3108 and    

·       who are registered on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database as stated in the Tender Data, Clause 4.1.1 are eligible to tender.

Tenderers must submit, via email, the duly completed Form A1.1 Certificate of Intention to Submit a Tender prior to the 11 August 2026 (within seven (7) days from the tender advertisement date 31 July 2026).  Failure to submit this certificate would result in the tenderer not receiving addenda or additional issued information and may result in the tenderer being non-responsive.

COMPLETION AND DELIVERY OF TENDERS

The closing time for receipt of tenders is 11:00 on Friday, 21 August 2026.

Telegraphic, telephonic, telex, e-mail, facsimile, and late tenders will not be accepted.
