ZUTARI (Pty) Ltd invites tenders on behalf of the Applicant, the South African National Roads Agency SOC limited, for the Subservice of managing the environmental process for THE IMPROVEMENT ON NATIONAL ROUTE N14 SECTION 7 FROM KATHU (KM 0.00) TO KURUMAN (KM 47.30). This project is in the Northern Cape Province and in the local municipalities of Gamagara and Ga-Segonyana. The approximate programme for design is to be completed by April 2027, followed by construction monitoring of 30 months , commencing September 2027. The appointment will be limited to the duration of the design development stage.

Only tenderers who meet the minimum requirements for Key Persons and are registered on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database as stated in the Tender Data, Clause 4.1.1 are eligible to tender.

TENDER DOCUMENTS

Tenderers must have access to Microsoft © Office 2013 and Acrobat Adobe © 9.0 or similar compatible software.

Tenderers must submit, via email, the duly completed Form A1.1 Certificate of Intention to Submit a Tender prior to, Wednesday, 25 February 2026. Failure to submit this certificate would result in the tenderer not receiving addenda or additional issued information and may result in the tenderer being non-responsive, if “any material amendment/s” contained in the addenda or additional information is not included in the tender offer/submission.
