MJT/ Siyalu JV invites tenders on behalf of the Applicant, the South African National Roads Agency SOC limited, for the Subservice of  monitoring environmental compliance during construction for THE UPGRADING OF NATIONAL ROAD R573 SECTION 2 WORK PACKAGE C FROM KM -0.5 TO KM 8.60. This project is in the province of Mpumalanga and in the district municipality of Nkangala. The approximate programme for construction monitoring is 39 months, commencing September 2026.

Only tenderers who meet the minimum requirements for Key Person/s and who are registered on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database are eligible to tender.

TENDER DOCUMENTS

Tender documents are available at no cost in electronic format from the SANRAL website using the following link https://www.nra.co.za/service-provider-zone/tenders/open-tenders/.  Tenderers must have access to Microsoft © Office 2013 and Acrobat Adobe © 9.0 or similar compatible software.

Tenderers must submit, via email, the duly completed Form A1.1 Certificate of Intention to Submit a Tender within seven (7) days from the tender advertisement date 01 OCTOBER 2026.  Failure to submit this certificate would result in the tenderer not receiving addenda or additional issued information and may result in the tenderer being non-responsive.

COMPLETION AND DELIVERY OF TENDERS
