The approximate programme is for design and construction documentation to be completed by (TBC) followed by supervision of 42 months. The commencement date of the supervision phase will be communicated at the Handover meeting.
Only tenderers who are registered on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database at the tender closing date, are eligible to tender.
Joint Ventures (JV) will be allowed on condition that one JV partner is a Targeted Enterprise. The JV partner will, however, not contribute to sub-contract target for Targeted Enterprises.

TENDERER’S MEETING (Compulsory clarification meeting (virtual))
A compulsory clarification briefing session will be conducted virtually on the 04 September 2026 at 10:00AM for a period of 2 hours. The briefing session will start punctually, and information will not be repeated for the benefit of respondents arriving late.

Tenderers will be allowed into the meeting up to 30 minutes before the indicated start time. This is to allow all tenderers to complete their registration information. An online tender register for the Briefing Session will be shared in the meeting chat forum for completion.
The meeting chairperson will indicate the time for the closing of the registration at the start of the meeting. The Tender Registration will be closed at the time indicated by the meeting Chairperson. Late registration will not be allowed, and their submissions shall be declared non-responsive. A tenderer’s representative cannot represent more than one tenderer at the tender briefing meeting.
